Server Admin Not Opening

When I start server I right click on the try icon and it brings up exit, server ip, but the admin button is dark and it wont let me open it. I have tried to add the page to favorites but it doent work. It always works right after I install it, but the first time I close it and open it again it will not let me on admin. Some one Help Please!!

Hmm that happened to me once. It turned out to be because i had two Teamspeak Server programs opened. So one had admin and the other didn't. Lol it is cuz i had one opened and i didn't think i did..and well i clicked on it..and well

i think i'd better shut up now. :rolleyes:
