I have a list of IPs to ban and don't know how!

I have a list of IPs to ban and don't know how!

I can't find the place to do this. Is it even possible?

I am so new to this I can't get my own running, but I read the "webadminningtheserver1" manual. example: C:\Program Files\Teamspeak2_RC2\manual

It states (about half way down): "AdminBanIP: SA can use the Ban IP function in the client".

So when you are connected to your TS server from TS client, go to:
Info > Show IP Bans (and you can add IP's from there if you are SA)
