Hello All,

One of the users of my TS server has a problem where she works fine and then at random we can not hear her. She will re-connect and it work good until it dies again. They have a SoundMAX Digital Audio for the PC and run windows 98. I have search around on the site here and I am not sure if I am using the correct key works to find any help. Has anyone seen this and been able to fix it? Here is a copy of the dxdiag.txt also.

Thanks,
Marqus

I have the same problem, but with an Audigy 2. Will work for a while, then stop, then come back, even if I get out of TS and come back in. I am also running the TS server. I still can hear the guys but they can't hear me. I can't hear myself either in test mode.

Anybody, help !

I have an audigy 2 with a radeon all-in-wonder plugged in the line-in.

I think the problem lies in the fact that whenever something starts the audigy control panel reverts to "what u hear" and the mike is just overriden by the line-in sound coming from AIW. At least in TV mode...

I've been having the same problem for quite a while and searched this forum for any info on the problem.

I have yet to see users or admins address this very annoying problem.
