Server Error

I tried to log into administration and I get

http://localhost:14534/slogin.html

and below I get

Server Error

The following error occurred
[code=CANT_CONNECT_LOOPBACK] Cannot connect due to potential loopback problem

I cant go in and do any admin work help

try using the machines internal/lan ip instead of localhost OR try using 127.0.0.1
