cant use [+] and [-] boxes in my own TS server

i am running my own TS server, and everything is working perfectely but the [+] and [-] boxes in front of a channel. if i am in one channel, i cant see the people in other channels cause i cant use the [+] and [-]..anyone got an idea of what the f*** is wrong??

well try changing the server to clan server setting in the superadmin config also if your in the channel you cant + it because your in it but you should be able to -/+ other channels
