Please Help with connecting if you can??

I live in halls and am on a lan connection of someting like 1mg theres probably only about 10 @ any 1 time logging onto the net and hogging connection. p2p's are banned as well as a number of other things i had to get the isp 2 open many a block's for me so i was able to play MOHAA and to connect to game spy and other various things.

TS is not connecting the reason is if the isp control room dosent recognise the ip it wont usually allow it so i need to find out the overall ip for ts2 so i can get them to allow it CAN ANYBODY HELP ME OUT PLEASE?

Well, are you talking about IP address or port?
The default port for TS is 8767, but servers can also run on other ports. And about the IPs, well, There are plenty of servers and all have different IPs.
