Hello!

I installed TeamSpeak for the first time ever yesterday. The program works great, but the sound is messed up in BF1942/Desert Combat. I can't hear where the enemies comes from and some sounds are missing now. I used the latest version, 2.0.32.60. I might think that the codecs did this, so how do I uninstall them? And must the codecs be installed for TS to work? (You installed some codecs in the end when you installed TS)

I don't have to be running TS for the sound to get messed up.

I use a Turtle Beach Santa Cruz soundcard, with the latest drivers. Also Windows XP Pro with Service Pack 1.

Any help is much appreciated!

From what I read, the problem sure isn't Team Speak, but BF1942+expansion. Try to remove BF1942 and reinstall it. Might do the trick.

Oh, and be sure not to have Team Speak running when you install BF1942 or vice versa. That will destroy your sound.
