Works fine for me.
I know that there is a hardware issue with sounds "leaking" but I personally dont have any problems. The echo I get is very faint and all other users on the server confirmed that one can only hear the echo when one concentrates on it.
Might be that i got different sound settings. I use the internal mic amplification, a headset and very low input settings to compensate for the amplification.
