I've Been Booted From My Own Server!

i didn't know what i was doing and someone came in and told me to Right click they're name and Hit E. making them admin. they banned my IP and i cant get into my own server. Is there any way to get back in or get unbanned?

i reccomend redownloading the server and this time making a password on it and also reading the manual
