TS client gets connection timeout

Oh, well. It had to happen....... I have 2 computers in a LAN. 1 is used for server issues and the other is connected via the LAN ip. The problem is that I leave myself logged on the TS server when I go to bed.. I'm still connected when I wake up in the morning, but when I get home from work I get"connection timed out"

Could be a few things....

1. TS have a built in auto disconnect after 24 hours

2. My LAN Hub sux.....

I suspect the latter, and is just looking for confirmation....

not exactly sure but I know this happened to me when my router or my modem reset while I was using it could it be your modem updating while your gone or your router regetting dchp? :D also if i change firewall settings but thats just me hope it helps

have you selected the auto reonnect feature in your connection/connect menu thats also very helpful:D

of course I have, I just wanted an excuse for buying a new HUB I guess.. The Lady of the house is screaming about me using way too much money in this network of mine :D :D :D . I have now, however, called my ISP, and they could tell me that they do reconfirm dhcp about the same time every day. Geez, they could have told me that a few months ago.............

But, thx anyway.

PS! I'm still getting a new HUB though, hehe :p :p :p

I really don't know. My ISP just said that they reconfirm the signals to my router once pr. day. I don't know why, as I have a static IP
