Teamspeak Problem

Hi, since I reset and re-installed WinXP on my pc I seem to be having problems with teamspeak. After installing the program I start it up and I can actually talk with my buddy's, but when I open an other program or window it minimalise itself and then it won't go back to maximum size?! It stand there next to my clock on my screen. If I right click on the icon of teamspeak I see a little window, but I can only use the exit function of that window. So once teamspeak is minimalised I'm stuck with it.
Hopefully you can help me out with this.
