Server Problems!!!

I created a Server, and I made sure that the Server is connected, (or I think it is connected)

This is the message I get when I try to log in using the Fliter.
[00:35:01] Connecting to 4.*.*.*:8767
[00:35:04] No reply from server
Maybe the server is offline
or maybe teamspeak is not running on it

Filter? Like you really want to connect to one random server in the 4.0.0.0/8 network?!

Ummmm... that won't work.
