download this file:
ftp://webpost.teamspeak.org/releases/ts2_client_rc2_2032.tar.bz2


open a console and do the following things:

extract it with
tar jxvf ts2_client_rc2_2032.tar.bz2

change to that directory with
cd TeamSpeak2RC2/

then run setup with
./setup.sh

then to run it go to the TeamSpeak2RC2 [where ever you told it in the install] and type
./TeamSpeak
