Help With My TS Server

I have a new TS server and I looked at the server list and my TS server is ther I go on it and it says No reply from server you know the rest but wen I Quick Connect i put the ip and it works so wtf is the probs and other peopol can't come in just me!:confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused:

hint2: WAN players must use the WAN IP, your router needs a "port forwarding" (search for this keyword)
