ok i have all the information for the TS server i need to get into IP, PW, everything and i do it all right but when i try to get into it , it says " [16:14:17] Bad Login (name and/or password wrong)"

any suggestions?

umm well i just re-installed it and the part were it says " this program will install the codecs needed by TS etc." and when i click Next it says about 2 seconds later "The File Key does not appear to exist. Something is Terribly Wrong here!" then i click ok then Next and then says "An Error had occured during installation. No Codecs Were installed."

First - you must log on to the server as an "Anonymous" user.

Then someone with Server Admin (SA) rights must allow you to register (right-click on Unregistered (U) nickname and choose the Allow Registration option*).

Next you must confirm your TeamSpeak login and password - choose Register With Server (you can find this option in the "Self" menu or by right-clicking in the TeamSpeak window) and you should be registered.
