teamsspeak channel hi-jacked

someone entered our clan ts channel asking me to clear up his channel by pushing e he then banned myself and others from the channel and it is registered in my name what do i do?

However I must say, this is a unlovely feature of the current TS server. Next releases will have a feature which will ask you first before it gives out mighty rights like SA,...

If you are not the server admin, you have to contact him. If it's your server, delet the server.log, server.dbs and server.ini and then restart the server. All server data will be lost, but I assume the guy would fooled you already did that job for you.
