How do I run teamspeak server form behind a router

I have a dlink route rand I want to run a teamspeak serve roff one of the computers behind it how do i do this?

by using the search function and looking for "port forwarding".
How to setup the port forwarding ? This is NOT a router forum, so read your manual or ask in a real router forum.
