how to make a shortcut to TS ?

I am beginnier.

How to make a shortcut to TS in "Debian Menu" or "in console". I mean how to run Ts just by typing:
#teamspeak
in console

Now I have to "cd" to TS folder and run
# ./TeamSpeak

or I use shortcut on Gnome's desktop, but I don't like it.

Like this...
ln -s /path/to/actual/executable /usr/bin/teamspeak

This way, you can just type teamspeak in console and it'll run...
No matter what directory you're in.
