Use a good topic title

Please summarize your suggestions in the topic title. Naming your topic "Idea" or "Suggestion" is rather useless when one returns to this forum days or weeks later trying to find a particular thread.

The same goes for all the other forums here, and for all the other media you might write to (newsgroups, mailing lists). Sell your reader on opening your topic. Make it descriptive and interesting, so a reader can't help but click on it.

No, actually a CS major. I just read a lot of newsgroups and mailing lists and have learned to ignore anything that doesn't quickly grab my eye, just so that I have some time left in the day for Real Work.
