cant connect/router

hello, a friend of me has set up a teamspeak2 server and it works fine, everyone can connect except people with a router?

but the strange thing is that those people that can't connect on mine server can connect on all other server except mine...

can someone help me?

What type of router do YOU have? Or do you not have one? If not, it may be their end and they have to configure it like this-

Lan 192.168.0.xxx
Wan- *
8767

That might work because it will forward it out instead of in like:

Wan *
Lan- 192.168.0.xxx
8767

i dont have a router and i CAN connect to the server
but some of my friends who have a router cant connect to the server but they can connect to all other teamspeak2 servers
