Server admin page, and banner

Need help.. i cant connect to the server administration.. and how do i put up a banned? i cant seem to find a simple step on how to do these things..

Please read it or ask a question more specific (what exactly does not work,...).

Understand that we do not daily answer the same questions again and again.

Beside you did not read and answered the forum rules. Often this information is needed to help someone out.
So until then, your post is quite useless to us and requires us to guess and assume a lot of things (we can't mind read).
