Not sure if this has been brought up or not, but being able to change channels within a game would be extremely useful.
IN BFV, say you have a team defending the main base and they have their own channel (its very bad having 5 different squads giving orders at one time). I was thinking like an in-game command through the chat. The mod of the server could assign each channel with a certain command. Defenders could have md (main defence), assualt could be as (assault squad) ect. To change channels within the game, teamspeak could watch for the commands from specific people and switch them when they give the command in-game. Say Mofasa wants to go from the md to as, they would say in chat !as .. that would tell teamspeak to switch them to that channel.
I'm not sure if thats clear description of what i trying to say, but it never hurts to suggest it. I'm sure that if it is possible, it would give the TS team a huge load of work so i doubt it would be possible.
