I currently host a site through prohosting.com Which offers a SQL. The problem is I pretty much know nothing about it(SQL). So can anyone tell me how I go about setting up TeamSpeak on it.

sql is a database. so you will not run teamspeak as a server.
if you want the server-statistics stored in the database, wait for a answer in webpost/scripts, because it is still in development.
