I am running Server ver. 2.0.r20.b1 on a Windows 2003 server. All of the clients used in my testing are 2.0.32.60. I have no problem logging in as admin or superadmin and creating users. I can also connect as the users from a box on the LAN side. However remote users receive bad username/password when they try to connect.
I do have a pix firewall but I am forwarding udp port 8767 to the server and before I had this going users connecting from the WAN side couldn't see the server at all. Since they are getting to the username/password it seems that it is not an issue but I am not sure what else it could be. I have made sure the username and passwords used are correct and have tried anonomous as well with the server password and get the same error. I have been through the forums quite a bit and if I missed an answer I apologize. Thanks in advance for any thoughts on this or tips if anyone has seen this what direction you would go next.

On your Pix, are you allowing the TS2 server to respond on UDP 1024-65535?
