Cant get my real ip for server

I just started up the Server, but if i look on 'your ip's' i get the intern ip adress, but not the extern. for example : 192.186.1.101
How can i make teamspeak server run onder my outside IP ?

if you have a static ip, you can add it in you server.ini

else you need to check your ip here:
http://checkip.dyndns.org/
and tell it to your friends
