Is it possible to connect to the web-admin site for an IP on another computer?

EXAMPLE: I want to use the web thing to edit the server name and things like that. The server that I am running is on another computer on a different IP. Is there anyway I can connect to that IP online and edit everything with my superadmin account? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

And for your answer:
Yes, it is possible. use the remote IP instead of localhost or 127.0.0.1 in your browser and you're fine, provided the web admin port is accessible.

enter http://318.512.768.256:14534 in your browser, substitute the fake IP with the IP address of your server.
