If your behind a NAT access (e.g. broadband), did you do the port forwarding for the server UDP port ?

The local IP is ONLY for within your LAN, the WAN ONLY for people outside your LAN.

Use search function of the forum and look for port forwarding

Other than that I am sure the manual of your Router will give you some hints too

@Ditre
don't forget, you're playing around with a server. Understanding the very basics (port forwarding,..) is necessary.

The reason why we can't explain every thing here is caus there are much too many diff. routers on the market (and we don't want to download router manusl and read them for the lazy TS users). This forum is more then enough busy in dealing with real TS related Q's. We can't provide support for router,... as well.
