The server.ini looks good, except these ---snip--- parts... why are they there?

yes i restarted it!
Did you restart it via the web interface? I'm just asking because this doesn't work, you need to close and start the whole server process to make it read in the server.ini again.

BTW i saw your site...

I'm not sitting infront of the TS server, but doesn't the server cuts stuff away in the ini which is not according the specification (and this "---snip---" is def. not according the spec) ?

Well, according to robust programming directives the ---snip--- parts should just be skipped, but if you emphasize failfast behaviour they could be troublesome.
I think that's a question only the developers themselves can answer.
