error message:TDSoundout.open(directsoundcreate)

Every time I click to open team speak it gives me this message "TDSoundOut.Open(directsoundcreate) the request failed because resources,such as a priority level,were already in use by another caller"then teamspeak opens up but when i go into any room im muted and cannot unmute myself plz help

I have the same problem "TDSoundOut.Open(DirectSoundCreate): The request failed because resources, such as a priority level, were already in use by another caller."

I can not solve it by switching to WAV, as other software (IvAc) uses WAV output for noticing and conflict occurs. Do you have any other idea? Thanx, Pavel.
