I know others have mentioned that it would be nice to have some sort of amplication/correction of sound levels in teamspeak. I don't know that it would be easier to code, but my suggestion is to add a display that would show how many DB's were being generated by your voice on the fly (like in the local test thing) so you could have everyone on the server run that and agree on how loud everyone should transmit. (It would sorta create a standard voice level)
