Live statistics for TS2?

Is there an easy way for putting live TS2 statistics on a website and maybe even a function to join the server / channel by clicking on a link on the site? Can anyone give me one of these things, statistics or a link for logging in to the server (even when passworded). Something like this: Moh:AA Clanserver Example (http://home.deds.nl/~uf-clan/Live.htm)

Ok, thanks, now could some one give me a link so people can connect to the server by clicking the link? The problem is i know how to make such al ink, but not when the server has a password. someone please,
