I have a URL already going for my teamspeak.
How would I redirect the IP to say a url like ts.teaminfamy.net ???
Thanks.
I didn't quite understand the question, but i'll try to answer...
If you are refering to DNS like for example
216.109.117.107
is the same as
www.yahoo.com
so...
going to http://www.yahoo.com
is the same as going to http://216.109.117.107
That is something you register and pay for. And requieres a fixed ip address. (or static ip)
Lucky for you there are some companies that offer free redirection services, these even work when you have a dynamic IP. One of them is www.no-ip.com, but there are many others out there too.
Now, if what you want is to supply a html link for your server. you can do that by using teamspeak:// instead of http://
you can find an example at teamspeak.org main page.

And don't forget the port number at the end of the url.
ex. k9ftp.myftp.org:8767
if this domain: ts.teaminfamy.net
belongs to you, then chang the DNS entry for the refering IP to your TS server. Probably only your admin/hoster/... can do that.

Well it seems rather easy to do just place the url like this
a href =teamspeak://yourdomain.com:8767
of course I have not tried this yet seeing how I havent gotten around to setting up a server or web site at this time but that is what the other members are trying to say.
Hope that helps. and Good Luck

If oyu have problems setting up such an account, pls use the support they offer. This here is not the right place to discuss this, thx.
PS: there is no special setting for TS when using a dynDNS service (like no-ip,...). However make sure you do not use that DNS from within the same IP network (e.g. LAN) the server is running => see "no reply" FAQ
Everything is most surely not TS related.
