Need help cant speak

Have had ts for awhile, had little virus problem with comp got repaired now ts wont work can hear others but cant even get ts to recognize mouse when press to talk, nor does it work with voice activation cant get green light to work have tried different mouse and erasing ts and reloading but nothing works including changing to different cleps and so on any ideas please

does the TS locale loopback mode works ?
if not, chack your sound mixer settings (is the mic selected as rec. source) ?

no cant seem to get local loop back to do any thing when checking windows sound mixer mic is on and can hear own breathing but unable to get ts to pick up mic cant even get green light to light to turn on or off no voice activation possible either
