TS Server connection problems

I have set up a TS server on my PC. But when some of my clan members try to connect they have trouble doing so. Sometimes the error says that the server is not online but it is online or maybe TS is not running on it.

Can u help?

when you write "somtimes" then I understand that it works but not allways :D

=> it will be most surely a problem with your (unstable) WAN connection which you have to discuss with your hoster.
If you get sometimes timeouts in the log, try setting the clients into debug mode (this is desribed in the manual or in many other threads)
