Creating Channels / Rooms ?

Hey Guys,

How do you create channels/rooms? Cant see an option when logged in as superadmin via web-browser.
Do you have to create them remotely via TS client? If so, whats to stop anyone joining the server from doing this? Also, when i do create them this way, if i leave server and rejoin they have disappeared :(

P.S. I've read the server manuals and searched the forums and couldnt find info on this subject

The permission system

Also the permission system. Set registered attribute for channels that should be permanent.

That's because it's in the client manual :D
