When i majke new channels the old 1's disapear

ive got my own server (free 1) and im an adminisrator on it.
Every time i make a channel then make anouther one after it the first one disapears anyway to make them all stay? or is that only on the pay servers?

Hint: Open the client manual, see the section "Create Channel". Search the page for "registered".
I've answered exactly the same question about two hours ago.
