Sub-Channels

how do i set up the server so that a sub channel or another channel not go away and set a p-word to it ?

About making channels permanent: http://www.ept-clan.de/ts2client/createchannel.htm (hint: flag registered)
And about passwords in subchannels: I'm afraid that's not possible. You can only set a password for the parent channel and it will inherit to the subchannels if memory serves me right.
