Please Help !!!!!

I can no longer Use Teamspeak, it does not show Web Server Lists, I can no longer Log onto my brother's TS Server. This started when I had to move onto a College Campus. I know very little. :( Whenever I try to log on, it gives me this error

[20:15:05] No reply from server
Maybe the server is offline
or maybe teamspeak is not running on it

I know he's running it, and I used to be able to connect before I moved.

Windows XP Pro
No router
College Campus.

your campus has probably a firewall not allowing UDP connections or the port range your brothers server is in is blocked (your brother could try to find a port range your campus do not block).
You should discuss this with your admin at the campus first. If they do not allow it and your not very experienced with networking, your most surely out of luck ;)
