My teamspeak server

Hi. I really like running my teamspeakm server so i can go on games with my mates whilst chating to them. I exscpecialy like go on call of duty on my teamspeak server with my mates. But i have one problem! Because im running my teamspeak server it makes my ping on cal of duty go extremally HIGH!Then i get kicked. Does anyone know any ways to resolve this.

Use codecs with lower bitrate, use a public TS server, rent a TS server or get a connection with more upload.
