hey guy I use ServerDoc to restart my hung or crashed game and voice servers ...you can find the free program at http://www.serverdoc.com/
give it a try, it's been working fine for me with all my server apps, including Teamspeak.
FYI you can even run it as a service in Win 2000 or XP which is a nice plus
The easiest way to do it is to add a startup shortcut.
Just add the shortcut to the "startup" folder located on the Start Menu.
Tip: You can right-click the start menu and hit open (or open all users) for easy access to all the folders located in there.

yes it is true a shortcut to your exec in the start menu is the "easiest" way to restart an application upon a system reboot, however this method will not restart a crashed or hung server. ServerDoc provides a log in the event that a server should hang or crash. Additionally ServerDoc provides many other usefull features including multiple CPU and CPU priority support, email notification upon a restart event, a scheduling and a web interface .... pretty good deal for free I'd say :)
i dont really trust programs that require you to enter an administrative password...
