. . . just not how to fix it. I have carefully read through all the FAQ's and I believe I'm having a problem because I do not have a WANIP. See, my roomate is able to log into my server just fine, but we're on the same LAN so that would make sense, but anytime anyone else tries logging in it's not working. I think it's because I need a WANIP, my problem is this now, how can I get one?
Please be patient with me, I know how to use the technology, not how to make it work though.

as you posted in this forum you have a WAN access and so you have a WAN IP. TS tries to detect your WAN IP and shows it in the Server tray with a world icon (I quite sure this is described in the manual).

If you have NAT access (broadband,...) then you will have to do a port forwarding (this is covered in millions of threads in this forum) in your router/modem.
