Remote TS server

I'm renting a TS server at http://houston.tmspk.com:19000/ and I can set the WebPost "PostURL" and "LinkURL" properly. Everything installed fine and the DB is configure. but when I open the link (http://www.silentstalkers.us/tswebstatus/) nothing shows up.

Is it because the TS and Website is not on the same server?

did you remember to enable webposting itself on the TS Server?
check the server.ini
