Is there anyone who has this client running on Fedora Core (2-3)
I don't even get it installed, any help would be very much appreciated

im running Fedora 2 and it won't install Teamspeak, iv tried manually then when i go to open it, it gives me an error message or am i opening the wrong one? (teamspeak.bin file) doesn't matter anyway i tried all the files and it doesn't work
I have TS running under Fedora core 2, everything is the same other than some alsa issues I am having, as far as installing it and running it, no real trick there other than the same as always you have to have permisssion to do either one and TS does not seem to work if you are trying to start it from outside of it's own directory, unless you use sh to call it, example:
Either:
cd /usr/local/TeamSpeak*/
./TeamSpeak
or from another directory:
sh /usr/local/TeamSpeak*/TeamSpeak
Also make sure it's not running:
killall -9 TeamSpeak.bin
I have TS installed under usr/local and have done chmod chgrp chown and have my permissions all set up to execute but still get privileged instruction error. Running fedore core 1  More explicit instruction would be useful. Thnx Error message is the same as what all the others have already stated numerous times.
search for your error message.

u kno u its best if u installed the as workstation, if u didn't and only installed personal desktop then the gcc files won't hav bin installed :D u can either do a clean install or go to Add/remove packages and add the development packages for Gnome (KDE if your using KDE), X Windows system, Kernel, etc. then after this try again and TS shud install
