How do I make a server???

well... I am having problems making a server, I read a post similar to this one and a reply said to read the "read me", and I couldn't find anything on making a server, if you could help me I would really appreaciate it. Thank You

Win or linux? And whats the problem to do it?

In the folder that you installed the TS server there is a .ini file which you use to edit the settings.

Choose a name for your server, specific ip number things like that. You don't actually see a any kind of interface it just runs in the task bar.
