??? do you now speak about connecting problems to a TS server or to the IRC ?

Could you please read the forum rules and then answer the questions asked in there ? Else you'll not get any help here !

3 ideas that just came into my mind:

1. old server, new client
2. new server, old client
3. temporary unknown problem

3 solutions according to this:

1. use another server
2. update to the latest client (2.0.32.60)
3. wait some time (a few seconds will do) and try again

However, do what the 2 others told you: read the rules!

"Cannot assign requested address."

Seems to be a problem with your internet connection. IRC it not working, TeamSpeak is not working. Somethig is wrong. Maybe problems with socket binding?

I don't know. I'm not a network specialist. Let's wait for the others to post their comments.

This error indicates that you are trying to connect to an address with a protocol / IP / Port that is not known by your machine.

In short it seems to be a problem with your Winsock installation.

( The requested address is not valid in its context. Normally results from an
attemt to bind to an address that is not valid for the local machine, or
connect/sendto an address or port that is not valid for a remote machine)

Can you post the exact connectionstring ( Serveradress ) you are putting into the Client when trying to connect ?

Are you using any kind of Proxy or Softwarerouter ?
