IRC style mode

My suggestion is for a mode on Teamspeak that makes it more like IRC.

By that I mean, you can listen and talk on multiple channels.

Your name could appear in multiple channels, and you could hear people talk on any of the channels you are a member of. When you speak, you'll have to bind a key to each one of the channels you want to talk on, or you can talk on a default channel by using the default PTT or voice activation.

you can talk to several channels already by binding keys in settings / key-settings (feature is called whisper)...

listening to several channels at once isn't a good idea, as even on irc you are always in one channel and you always know which one you're reading... when you want to read another one you switch to that channel... only difference: on irc you can read the lines someone stated in the past... and it wouldn't make much sense to buffer that data and play it when you're back in...

I think there are obvious reasons why teamspeak is limited to the current channel and if you really want to make exceptions there are ways...
