User Levels

I'd like to be able to create user levels, in teamspeak, like be able to have different levels of server atmins and have different titels, like SA CA R U, Like for clans that use ranks this would come in handy, also be able to put the rank/levels in front of behind name, like this..

Mark (SGT)
Steve (Capt)

2:
Capt Steve
Sgt Mark

Giving sertan peopl the powers to kick but not ban would come in handy.
