voice modulation?

Hi, is there a way to get voice modulation on teamspeak. I heard this person switching voices on a TS server from very hight pitched to very low pitched it was very cool so if anyone knows please tell me

i found a voice masking program just browsing the web http://www.latestsoft.com/support/voicemask.htm but it doesnt seem to work very well with teamspeak only on MSN apparently I sound "muffled" does anyone know how to fix this or an alternative to voicemask ty in advance
