Have a Problem!Connection interrupting!

I have a problem and need technical help but i dont know where i have to write.Ok lets try here!!

Wenn i'm starting to talk with my m8 over ts in my game(Call of Duty), my connection is always interrupting.And when i dont talk it is being fixed again.

My connection is Cable 128k.İ'm waiting for ur answers PLSS!!!

you got a 128 k conection and are playing in a game ! most likely useing 50 to 80 k of your bandwith , then your chating with m8's in t-s ? hosted by you ? your also useing bandwith to chat in t-s more so if your the t-s server !! ! so it could be your conection is not good enuff to use both at the same time ! and you can never get 100% of that 128k used !!!
