i need some help with my team speak

alright i got ts 2 right then one day it just stoped working it opens up and shows the icon but when i try connect or anything the window will not open up at all and i have tryed deleteing it completely and reinstalling it.I would like to know if any one could help me fix this problem thank you.

are you talking about the TS client (then please post in the right forum section, there's a forum for client and server).
If yes, look for a hidden file Teamspeak.conf on your HD. Delet it and then restart the client. This will kill all your TS settings ! This files does not get deleted when uninstallign TS. You could also check your registry and delet all TS entries before reinstalling TS.
